Voted membership into the Association of College Honor Societies (ACHS) in 1937 – only certifying agency for college and university honor societies

PES is NOT a social club, political organization or a sorority/fraternity

Eligibility

3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale as a freshman

Carried a normal academic load and rank in the upper 20% of the class

Life-time membership upon induction

Maintaining the GPA is not required

National membership fee of $20 and local chapter fee is required to meet chapter’s activities
